Perfect Bacon Every Time

Why do I doubt Martha? What causes me to question her? Seriously, aside from the whole jail incident (and really, wouldn't you have done the same thing, hoping not to get caught?) she does everything perfectly. And yet when I came across this Pinterest pin I only "liked it" because I wanted to see for myself whether or not it worked before I pinned it. Of course it worked. When will I learn?

Perfect Bacon
place your bacon on a cookie sheet.
Put the cookie sheet into a cold oven.
Turn the oven on to 375 degrees.
Bake for 15-20 minutes (start clock right after you start the oven).

It came out perfect. I was able to cook my entire pound on one big sheet (although I am sure two side by side would work also.) I always cook it all up and the freeze it so that I can pull out a few slices at a time. Love this trick.

Last time I went to Trader Joe's (I love that store! Maybe I should apply as a spokesperson...) and got their bacon ends, at $2.99 a pound I can't beat it, and I cook it all up and freeze it. Then I use a couple of bits here and there. In eggs, quiches, pan fried veggies, etc. Mmmmm bacon.
