I am a work in progress just like our home. I am a stay at home mom, avid reader, lazy gardener, organic champion, wanna be Julia Child, budding DIYer and hopefully a good wife. I love learning new things from how to sew to languages. I hate to work out but love the feeling after a great walk and stacking wood. The way the wood stove warms me to the bones is something I cannot get enough of. I hate to process our produce but I love all the delicious things we make from our jars in the dead of winter. I am a messy person by nature, an organized messy, but messy nonetheless. As I grow and learn, hopefully I will reach my full potential. For now, I am happy to enjoy the ride.
